In her capacity as Director of International Admissions at University of the Pacific, Kathleen Crisp recently visited Indonesia on a recruiting trip.  She has passed along the following photos that she took on the trip.  Kathleen supplied the photo captions.

Fatahilla Museum.  This is the former city hall of Batavia (when the Dutch ruled Indonesia)

 

Cannon at Fatahilla Museum.  Legend has it that touching the fist brings good luck to men and fertility to women.  I kept my distance, just in case.
